This course starts with an in-person workshop where we'll identify the root causes and learn new habits to challenge and overpower your Impostor.

This workshop is the first step towards building a toolbox to boost your confidence, allow you to identify when your Impostor is creeping in, challenge it, and develop new, more positive automatic thoughts. 

For real and lasting change, it will be followed by optional future sessions to drill down into your thinking patterns and behaviours, understand the root causes and expand your toolkit, increasing your ability to overpower that Impostor over time.

We'll look at the brain science that creates and sustains your Impostor, allowing you to understand where it comes from.

Challenge your thinking & feelings

You'll learn how to identify the thinking and feelings that allow the Impostor to thrive, and start identifying techniques to challenge it.

You'll start to create new habits, using evidence-based techniques to overcome your Impostor by developing new, stronger and more confident pathways within your own brain.
